Kim was very helpful in answering my questions and never talked bad about other companies to use their service. There was a deposit posted to my account as pending but it never actually charged until the car was on the truck. I wish they wouldn't post it prior to pickup.

The pickup was on time and the driver called me a few days before delivery to arrange times. It took 4 days to move it because it was over labor day. The car arrived a day before the estimate and the driver kept good communications with myself and the person taking delivery for me. The car was dirty and had a little bit of oil on it but that seems reasonable considering it was an open truck. I washed it and there was no damage. The interior was clean as well.

Overall I was very pleased with the service that Cascade provided. They had good communication and everything happened exactly how they said it would except for the credit card. It was important to me that Kim treated my business like I was a friend and not just another number. I would highly recommend this company to anyone else and I will use them again.
