We chose Cascade based on the reviews on this website. My customer service agent Michelle was very friendly and helpful. She was able to find a carrier within a limited time frame. The driver was good too. He communicated often and we were able to pick up the car on time despite late pickup. The only surprise we got was an addition $40 added in the last minute and some processing charge for "third party transaction". The pickup/delivery is not always door to door because the truck cannot go onto certain roads. Our pickup location was a little far, the delivery location was nearby.
