We needed to ship a car from Anchoage Ak to Idaho. It had mechanical problems with the engine. Most of the shippers that I spoke with were unwiling to move a possibly inoperable vehicle and some of the shippers that would move it were very expensive. When I contacted Cacade, Kim was on another call but returned my call shortly and promptly provided me with a verbal quote to move my car and immediately followed up with a written quote. When I decided to use their services, Kim was prompt in making the arrangements to have my car moved to the dock for shipment and worked with our schedule to the extent possible. After the car arrived in Seattle, it took about a week for Kim to find a transport to Idaho. She called and also emailed me when it was picked up in Seattle and said when it would be arriving in Idaho. We were given the trucking company name (Webster Enterprises of Nampa Id) and the drivers name and phone #. The car arrived in Idaho on time and in good condition. Today I received a follow-up voice message from Kim asking if my car arrived on time and in good condition. I would recomend this company and would use them again myself.

Thank you so much! I did have fun moving this vehicle because it was a little different for me because I had to find a tow company for the Alaska portion to get it to the port which is something I hadn’t done yet. Thank you so much for the experience and I hope to work with you again soon. Kim
