Taylor was very helpful, answering all of my (many!) questions, and even matching the price I received from another carrier. When the driver she scheduled canceled, she found another one right away (DHI Transport) who was wonderful.

The only issue was that the deposit amount (given to Cascade) was changed and resulted in a bit of confusion with the driver over the amount owed at delivery. However, that was taken care of by Taylor the next day.
