OK this really isn't a total review yet as I have yet to receive my car...but here is the scoop thus far. The trucker arrives at the dealer to collect my car on April 24th without giving the contact person 24-48 hours notice prior to pickup. As a result Robert (the dealer) was 2 hours away at an auction and had to rush back to get the car ready for loading and called me to inform me of the screw up and was pretty upset - I don't blame him! I requested the 24-48 hours prior notice before pickup as it was kindly relayed to me by Robert in the 1st place. My estimated delivery date was 5/4/2009 (10 days) but it is now the 8th with no contact or call back from the driver or Cascade? I have emailed Michelle (whom I dealt with from the start) directly 3 times asking what is up with no reply at all but she was very courteous and friendly when they were trying to get my business via constant emails and calls to my home. Now that they have my deposit I get NO communication at all? When I try to email Cascade via the email on their site (info@cascade...) I get a constant bounce back from this email address: terri@magiccarpetautotransport.com - Are they one in the same company? Michelle hit the read confirmation from the email I sent today at 2:05 PM but never replied... WHAT is going on here guys!? The least you could do is call me or reply to one of my emails saying you are looking into it and will get back to me ASAP. Can someone please reply to one of my emails and tell me where my car is or when it will be delivered (14 days and counting)!? I need to let my work know so I can take the day off to go pick it up...come on guys! Perhaps I can get some form of reply via leaving this review, sorry but this is my last resort here.
