Kimberly was great in getting me a 2nd carrier after the first was down with mechanical trouble. The 2nd carrier was late upon arriving (by DAYS) and late upon said delivery (by more than a day). Overall Kimberly and Cascade were great, not so much the same feelings about the carrier. There was some damage to the console and the mirrors no longer work after it was delivered, so I cam getting an estimate for that to be repaired. It looks as if they dropped something on the gear shifter/console, as there are some cracks in it - hence (I assume) the mirror electronics damage.
