Cascade processed by order quickly and my auto was picked up ten days later. The quote was reasonable considering what it would have cost us to drive the vehicle across country. The driver did have some mechanical issues which caused him to a few days later than his original pick up date. His dispatcher wasn't always on top of things but Cascade stayed involved and provided us with up to date information. The car was delivered as promised and in excellent condition. It was delivered to our daughter at college and everything went smoothly on that end as well.
We were totally happy with the service but were realistic about logistics and such. We would definitely use Cascade again.
