They picked my car up the day after the hurricain and were prompt in the dilivery. That said, there were grease stains on my carpets and a newspaper, as though someone was sleeping/ sitting in my car (passenger side) and I have now subbmitted this review TWICE and have NOT RECIEVED MY REBATE, so am feeling less enthusiastiic about the company that I was before. Overall, better than a previous company that I worked witrh. I would kind of reccommend them
