Cascade was very professional, knowledgable and responsive to our questions and concerns which was especially appreciated since this was the first time shipping a vehicle. A truck was quickly located and pick up went smoothly. When we were not prepared to accept delivery six days earlier than the estimated date, Malia intervened and got assurance from the transport company that no additional fees would be charged. I was disappointed, however, that contrary to Cascade's terms and conditions the transport company refused to accept payment in the form of money orders upon delivery, insisting instead on cash or cashier's check. Malia explained that such refusal was not acceptable and that it would be looked into with the transport company. Over all, great customer service.
