HORRIBLE!! STAY AWAY FROM BUYA TRANSPORTATION !!!

BUYA TRANSPORTATION IS HORRIBLE!!! This company is a the worst transport company I have dealt with and I transport a lot of vehicles. So they damaged my vehicle on pickup... I called them right after over the phone to notify the damages made when loading my car into their trailer and they acknowledged the damages. I thought that was it...well my nightmare was just starting: When it came time to deliver my car...Buya Transportation was REFUSING TO MARK THE DAMAGES ON THE BILL OF LADING (BOL)... they do this so I would not be able to file a claim against their insurance in case they defaulted on payment for my damages which is what they were intending on doing from the beginning. I was demanding they marked the damages in the BOL and they said they would not unload my vehicle from their trailer unless I signed the BOL without the damages marked this was Mobster Like Behavior from part of this company!!! Then they wanted to force me to accept for them to take my vehicle away and get it fixed at a third class repair shop OF THEIR CHOICE...Needles to say I refused since my vehicle is a vintage/classic and I DECIDE WHERE I FIX MY CAR... I threatened to call the police and then after 4 HOURS of this back and forth with them on site they finally unloaded my car...THEY CHARGED ME FULL PRICE EVEN AFTER ALL THIS ORDEAL AND DAMAGES PEOPLE, JUST STAY AWAY FROM BUYA TRANSPORTATION. THEY ARE THE WORST!!!
