BMW shipping from MI to CA *****FAIL*******

Shipping set up by local broker in Michigan (1st mistake). Driver "Jack" loaded car after filling out his paperwork and collecting all funds up front. Car was unloaded in CA with damaged undercarriage and rocker panel. The ONLY way to get that kind of damage is to drop the car. Driver "Jack" claimed he knew nothing of the damage. Jack then re-loaded the car and took it with hiim to take to his repair shop to bump and paint the damage. (2nd mistake) In shipping contract THE SHIPPER chooses the repair facility. Returned 1 week later with poorly bondo-ed and painted rocker panel. Claim made on insurance for undercarriage damage was denied. Horrible experience. Horrible. Just drive it yourself. In fact I would rather drive it BACKWARDS from MI to CA than deal with those clowns again.
