Subject: URGENT – Failure to Provide Confirmed Vehicle Pickup
My name is Rakesha Ross. I scheduled two vehicle pickups for today and received confirmation for both bookings last week. However, less than one hour before the scheduled pickup, I was informed that there is no driver available to pick up the vehicles.
This situation is extremely concerning and unacceptable. My son is in the military, and his wife and two children are now at risk of being stranded at the airport or in Washington, D.C. This disruption could have been avoided with proper communication and planning.
Your website and email communications emphasize professionalism and customer satisfaction, yet no one contacted me in advance to notify me of this issue. Being notified at the last minute is unprofessional and distressing, especially given the circumstances.
Both vehicles must be picked up today, as originally confirmed. I am requesting that someone contact me immediately to resolve this matter.
