This company led me to believe i was getting such a great deal blah blah. They took advantage of me pretty much. The agent who was a foreign lady kept telling me it was the lowest price and she was giving me discount and all this great stuff. Okay when the next day came she told me the driver requested to have more money and they couldn't haul it unless i paid 500 instead. . when i asked to cancel she told me that it would be 200 cancel fee. but before that she told me they was no problem or fee to cancel just let them know.. and she said she had to charge me fee cause the driver went out of his way to the location to pick the car up. well she must forgot she had told me that the driver was in the location already and she found me driver.. well i don't understand why i was such a problem to refund my money if he was going there already and i didn't want the car picked up cause she was being rude very unprofessional and tried to make me out to be a piece of crap. The manager tired to even argue with me. DON"T GET THIS COMPANY
