The ordering process was simple and straightforward. I was contacted almost immediately to finalize my order and transport details. When I ran into an issue with the original assigned truck driver not arriving on time after hours, it did take a little effort to reconnect with the sales team. Once we were in contact though, I everything was straightened out within about 10 minutes and I had a new truck on the way.
