There aren’t many words that can truly describe the level of professionalism, willingness to go above and beyond, and helpful spirit. Alex possesses an uncanny ability to make the process seamless and builds a relationship with his customers. Alex communication and taking initiative is truly a rarity in the industry. I say these words with sincerity. I never felt pressured during my whole interaction with Alex in addition to him being extremely patience with me. The bonus is our vehicle ended up going out and we had to cancel our reservation somewhat last minute and Alex was still super awesome about it.
