At the beginning I thought the service was very helpful my representative was very easy to contact up until the day my car got picked up. The driver didn’t come to my house I had to drive my car to the side of a very busy road, then the driver informed me he was charging me extra due to the items in my car, after my representative told me as long as everything is secured properly and under window level I would not be charged. When it came time to deliver my car my representative was not able to be reached the lady who called my husband was very rude and unwilling to work with our circumstances.
