Honest auto mover in an industry filled with dishonesty

Here’s my honest opinion from my personal experiences. Yours may differ: Most car moving brokers do not honor their commitments, and will lie to you in a heartbeat. They will give you a cheap price, and then not honor it. One such broker is Luna Auto Transport. They made promises, broke promises, promised to call, they didn’t call, all the bad stuff. And they left me stuck, without moving my car. Just bad news. And most brokers are terribly rude as well. Luna Auto Transport is among them, in my opinion Movewheels was different. They responded to me quickly, with a straightforward, honest, fair price given the current market conditions. Then, they sent me a contract clearly delineating the terms and conditions of the deal. Once we had an agreement, they stayed in touch with me every step of the way, and honored their agreement and commitments. After my car was delivered, they followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. You don’t get any better than that from an auto moving broker. Movewheels was an honest broker in a business filled with shady business practices. They were competent in an industry filled with a lack of it.
