They say door to door delivery but they had trouble driving through some of the roads at the pick up sight so they had to pick up at a Walmart parking lot. Then they said they would deliver by Monday (they picked up the vehicle on a Thursday) but I did not get my car until the following Friday! It took A WEEK for them to deliver. I'm very dissatisfied with this service. Plus the delivery man was very rude! Beverly, my shipping agent, was nice but was hard to reach when I was trying to contact her in regard to the whereabouts of my car yet was quick to answer her phone and respond to emails when I was contracting them. Very suspicious. Car was delivered in the condition they picked it up which I was happy about.
