Eric sent me several messages about their service and price over a few months when I was very busy working before moving. By the end, this company was one of the few that still sent me messages asking whether I need to ship my car, so I remembered this company. More importantly, the earlier messages explained the service well, 125 lb things in the car, one driver from pickup to delivery, insurance coverage etc. The price was not the cheapest among all the quotes but the second cheapest and the covered items are the services I cared the most. Eric was responsive to my messages and was quick to correct information on the form when I typed in wrong information. The delivery was smooth and fast.
