I am taking a moment to specifically show appreciation to Ms. Beverly Glen and also the driver who shipped my vehicle from Chapel Hill, NC to Barstow, CA.
Specifically, the reason I wanted to make comments was due to the professionalism shown by Ms. Glen during a minor hiccup with the coordination of drivers for my trip. From my understanding, MoveWheels is a broker for vehicle pick-ups. When I submitted for a vehicle pick-up, Ms. Glen was fast and very proficient to get me a great lower rate on my move. Unfortunately, there was some minor issues with the original driver and Ms. Glen had to work hard coordinate another driver. I was impressed with her confidence and reassurance of the process. Ms. Glen coordinated a driver for the same price AND got my vehicle to my destination in less than 3 days!
I mention this process because my first experience with this company was not this smooth when I used it in 2017. The original driver did not show and I was not kept up-to-date on the status of a new driver. Also, in 2017, when a new driver was found, I had to pay more than what was originally quoted. What made me return to this company was that the second driver on my 2017 trip was VERY professional and the process was overall easy.
In all, Ms. Glen's customer service was great and I suggest you work with her, if you have that option.
