MoveWheels.com was contracted to move my 2005 Mercedes SL500 from Roslyn Heights, NY to Salisbury, NC. The car to was (2) days late being pick-up saying no one was there at the site. Unfortunately surveillance cameras showed otherwise. Two days late the car was picked up and delivered to NC. Delivery was in a residential area so the driver parked a block away to be able to turn around, car was unloaded and the driver drove it to my house. I was not offered a bill of laden acknowledging acceptance of the car. When I was walking the block to my house the driver had drove off. At the house I immediately noticed the windshield had been cracked during transporting. I quickly notified John Will with MoveWheels.com and he assured me they would handle. I sent him before and after transport pictures. He told me to contact the hauler's insurance which I did only to learn the did not carry cargo insurance. The means Mr Wills put my car with a hauler that did not have the insurance he assured me at first, that he had. He has not responded to any of my correspondence. He is a liar and cheat, and owes me a windshield.
