I had scheduled a vehicle pickup at my home, weeks in advance. On pickup day, I waited throughout my two-hour window, and later than that, and no one came to my home. No one picked up the phone when I called to find out what was going on (it was after 5 pm). I got a call the next morning that, surprise, the driver had cancelled because other pickups in my area were postponed and my single vehicle wasn't worth it to him.
In fairness, Eugene at MoveWheels worked hard to schedule another driver for pickup the next morning - but the quote was about $150 higher. Unless I wanted to find someone else on my own for same-day car pickup, I would have to be charged MORE after THEY cancelled on me without even telling me. I had to suck it up and pay them - but you don't have to. Please find someone else to move your vehicle.
