This was my first time shipping a car so I was nervous. The whole process went perfectly. The driver Rich updated me through out his travels and gave me his cell phone # if I had any questions. He was very courteous to my brother at the pickup location and to my son when he delivered the car. I was very happy with the whole process from start to finish.
