Mary was amazing. She promised pick-up the same day and pick-up happened on time. The driver had a breakdown but Mary was available via email, phone and text and checked the driver location for me and provided updates on a daily basis till delivery. I work in Supply Chain and Transportation and completely understand that breakdowns and delays happen and more often than not brokers won't even answer the phone. But Mary went above and beyond and helped all through. Thanks! Would definitely recommend and use again!
