This company is untrustworthy.

I contracted with them to ship my vehicle from Colorado to Louisiana. I worked primarily with one service representative - Val Gibson. After signing the contract 23 days prior to the shipment date, I contacted the service rep on numerous occasions to confirm that the shipment was on track.

My contact with this company was in various forms (email, telephone, chat via website, and SMS) throughout this process. The day prior to the scheduled shipment, I was assured by the company that the driver was assigned and would call me shortly thereafter. The driver did not call and the company refused to respond to any of my communication for the rest of the day. On the day of the move, I spoke with the representative in the morning and he restated that the driver had been assigned and would contact me immediately.

The driver (if there ever actually was one) never contacted me and the company continued to stonewall me... sending all of my calls to voicemail and not reaching out to me through any means. The day after the move, the same representative called me and said the driver had fallen through, but for an additional price he could get another one to me shortly. I had read online that this was a common tactic of this company and, apparently, transportation companies in general.

During this phone call and following many emails, I expressed my discontent with their process, lack of regard, and failing customer service.

My hope is that my experience is shared with future customers.
