Brian offered me a very low estimate. I called and asked what the catch was and any hidden fees. He laughed and said there were. I asked him to email me a hard offer and I would review it. At that time he locked my vehicle on the broker site and no other transportation companies were able to help me after that. I called ~25 times mostly to voicemail. I occasionally made it to an actual person and they LIED every time about removing it over and over again. I sent several emails to no avail. I read several other reviews that the company refuses to field calls after the initial contact. Luckily I was smart enough to not give my credit card before reviewing the contract.
