Tim initially found a transport for me that could meet my deadline of 3 days, but the driver cancelled before I could complete the booking (same day). Tim worked diligently to try to find an alternative for me that could get my car there for me on time, but simply could not find one. Despite the fact that I was forced to drive the car to Florida myself, I would recommend Tim as a service Representative.

The company Movewheels, on the other hand, has a policy of charging a $75 cancellation fee, regardless if they change the terms. Read the contract carefully. They give themselves 5 days to FIND you a transport even if you need the vehicle delivered in 3. Also, there is no pick up or drop off date listed on the contract (despite any verbal agreement made), which conveniently allows them an out, yet holds you on the hook to pay. Movewheels needs to change this policy. The Client should have a pick up and delivery date clearly stated on the contract and if a driver cancels, he/she should be held accountable, not the client.

The 'cancellation fee', was waived as an incentive to write this review. I did not give them any credit card info or my address, so they could not have charged me. I wanted others to be aware of this problem and also urge them to change their policy.

Again, Tim worked hard for me and unfortunately could not meet my needs. I would definitely recommend him and my 4 star rating is based solely on his work. If you use Movewheels.com, make sure you get Tim.
