This company is totally unprofessional and will not follow through on terms of agreement. After signing contract I Barely ever heard from Tony after he told me time and time again he would call back. When I would call him it took multiple calls and voicemails to get a response. The day of pickup came and I STILL had not heard from tony. Only a few hours from the pickup time he had still not called and when I finally got a hold of him he informed me that my carrier had cancelled the pickup. So I guess he was just not going to tell me this?? After informing him that I was leaving on a flight out of town for good in just a matter of hours he was still not able to fufill his end of the agreement. I then had to find another company that WAS able to pick my car up. This company is completely unprofessional, dishonorable, unethical and will not follow through on their end of the agreement. I would STAY AWAY from this company and use a different one!!
