This company was supposed to pick up our car Tuesday afternoon from floruda address and bring it to New Jersey. We were guaranteed delivery to New Jersey by Friday. After waiting all day we called and was told the driver broke down so wouldn't be here until 8:00 pm. They never showed up or called. On Wednesday we called and was guaranteed our car would be picked by 1:00 pm. As he was coming from Miami fl. Time passed and we were told 2:00. that time passed and we were told the driver got a flat tire and would be here between 5-6:00 more. Driver texted us to say he was 8 minutes away. Waited half hour, no driver we called again and received a text that he had the wrong address. He didn't say when he'd get here . Received text that he wouldn't be here until 9:30 pm. Since we are moving we have no food and expected to go out to eat. But now we still wait hungry. Too late to go anywhere and get back in time. We have a flight out tomorrow. So if they don't show we will need to leave the car and make other plans to get it. Worse organization ever. Never use them.
