We booked with this company 2 weeks in advance to ship 2 vehicles for us. First we were quoted 2050 plus 175. broker fee. We told them (as per our contract) we needed to have the vehicles picked up on Saturday, May 4. No Show, No CALL.....Sunday, I contacted this company...Al and Anthony were rude!! They said that the vehicles would be picked up Monday. Monday came around and we were told they would be picked up Tues. Husband was so fed up with them that we contacted another company because Anthony failed to come through with the pick up. After going back and forth with him, FINALLY, said that he contacted a towing company to pick up both vehicles and they will be picked up on Tuesday by the transport company. Tuesday came, was in contact with the transport company, they said that the tow company needed an extra 250.00 to be released to the transport company. Now mind you, we were NEVER TOLD THAT WE HAD TO PAY THE TOW FEE as well as AVL told the tow company that the transport company would pay it. WRONG!!! In the end, we had to pay the 250.00 and after Anthony cussed out my husband and threatened to come to WA to kick his ass, he called back and apologized but the damage was done. We dealt with the transport company themselves instead of going through AVL. They are horrible, no ethics at all and not professional. Cussing and calling my husband lazy and threatened us!!! NO WAY BBB will be notified.
