I contacted Brittney after receiving her quote via e-mail. From the beginning, she was extremely honest and up front about the entire process. Our car was in the repair shop, so we did not have a confirmed date for pickup but Brittney worked very closely with me to schedule a pickup for as close to the completion date as possible. In the end, the car was picked up on the date it was done at the body shop. This would not have been possible without Brittney's follow-up with both me and the carriers at all times. She was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend Autostar Transport.
