I ordered a transport on 8/28/2022. I made the reservation eight days before the date. They were a no show. I never heard from them for three days. I called and asked for my money back. I got an email that said occording to their contract they had five days to schedule. I never was given a copy of the contract. They refused to refund my money. They were dishonest and unethical. If they had contacted me prior to 8/28/2022 and let me know they didn't have a transport for 8/28/2022 I could have cancelled my motel room in Oregon and reserved a room on another date. These people are crooks and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Customer signed and agreed to all contract terms and conditions. Electronic Signature: Lyle D Bridge Signature IP Address: 50.123.67.49 Signed and Accepted On: 8/19/2022 2:40:37 PM It is stated VERY clearly in the contract on two occasions our refund/cancellation policy that if the customer cancels their order within the contracted dates, the deposit is non refundable. Customer breached the contract, and thus there is no refund. We wish the customer well.
