Driver refused to drop off my car at my location.

My car was not dropped off at my home. i was told to meet at a location 10 miles away. The driver claimed that his truck was too big to navigate the city streets to my location. When I arrived to the location, I observed other cars being unloaded for other people. Looked like he told the same story to the others so he could save on gas.
