I purchased a vehicle 1,000 miles away because the price was $5,000 less than buying in my local area. Flying to pick up the car was not an option because of family obligations and COVID-19, so I sought out a transporter. Many companies called to solicit business, but only Oswald took the time to explain the process in detail. The emails I received were clear and concise. The contract was simple. The driver also took my call at 9:00 p.m. and answered all my questions. There are so many unknowns when transporting a vehicle but my mind was at ease with AutoStar Transport Express. The car arrived as scheduled, in my driveway and the cost was the same as the estimate.
