I have been lucky enough to have Valerie handle my transport from Florida to Puerto Rico and I just wanted to say that she has gone above and beyond to make sure this move is flawless and that I am reassured every step of the way. Not only has she consistently kept communications open with me but also has been extremely kind and patient when explaining the process and answering my questions. My lien holder was giving me a hard time to give me a release letter and Valerie was always a listening ear and providing me with different alternatives and options as to what our next steps could be. Her guidance and kindness have been truly something out of this world. You have an outstanding employee and her help is beyond appreciated!
