From the beginning, Carlee was up front and honest. She did not hesitate to send me to a website to look at reviews from legitament customers. I used another shipping company about 8 months ago and had terrible service and my truck was even damaged. This was an overall good experience. My car did get dirty along the way, but I guess next time I will get an enclosed carrier. Customer service is great and they even called me when me car arrived. I will use this company again.
