My Suburban was promised to be delivered on March 29 and it arrived on March 26. The driver agreed to wait until the next morning because it arrived after my children were in bed and it was raining. There were no scratches on it and other than being dirty it arrived in the same condition I dropped it off in. We used Autostar to ship my husband's truck when we moved to Hawaii and received excellent customer service both times. I would recommend this shipping company to anyone needing to ship a vehicle. I was nervous about shipping an expensive vehicle from Hawaii to North Carolina but there were no problems. Autostar always returned my phone calls and emails promptly and went out of there way to make sure that my questions and concerned were addressed.
