Everyone was very efficient. Mark at Autostar explained everything and did his best to give me a very competitive quote. I had heard from about 10 other companies and chose Autostar, since they were the first to call me after I put in my request on the computer. He was very easy to deal with, and was not pushy about it. Others I talked to were not so nice, and some companies just kept leaving messages or had auto dialing and they called about 15 times a day, but there was no person at the other end. Very good experience with Autostar from start to finish. And their assigned company, Four Seasons Auto Transport, was just great. Lida was the main contact, and the driver Johnny kept me informed all the way. The driver was exceptionally nice when I met him to get the car.Plus Autostar reps also called to keep me posted. Customer service from both companies was excellent, professional and very efficient.
