The worst car transport company ever

The people who work for the company are the rudest . After they charged my credit card for deposit they never responded my phone calls or emails and still hasnt assigned any driver for my car shipment and finally after several days calling and getting a hold of customer service she tells me i can not get my deposit back because according to their contract i have to wait for them for a certain amount of time not including holidays and .,..... Which is exactly opposite the things that promised me on phone and emails . who reads a few pages of contract before signing , people usually trust the talk they have with assigned person .
My suggestion , never ever go to try these lier.

While we do appreciate the rare negative feedback, we would like to tell our side of the story since this customer seems to have embellished on the truth a bit. Customer had requested a specific pickup date of 12/23. On 12/17, prior to booking the order with us, this was discussed in great detail with the customer that specific dates cannot, by law, be guaranteed. It was even further discussed in detail to the customer that due to the Christmas holiday and large volume of traffic along this route, pickup might not be until after Christmas. Customer agreed to all of this prior to booking, and then agreed again by booking the order, signing and returning the contract. We not only did NOT promise anything to the customer, but rather explained the process very clearly prior to booking. On 12/24, we found a carrier to pick up the customers car on Christmas Day. Rather than just dispatching the order out, we felt obligated to check with the customer if a Christmas day pickup was OK. Numerous calls to the customers phone went unanswered. Finally the customer responded by email, stating that she had disconnected her phone. By the time we got back to the carrier, they had booked the spot on their truck. We have been in continuous contact with the customer about her order, and are still to this day doing all we can to find a suitable carrier to fulfill this transport.
