I was told I would receive information on how to track my car via GPS once an ETA was received, but never received this information. I specifically requested the car be delivered after 3pm (also spoke to the driver), but the vehicle was delivered at 7am.

We had let Kareem know that tracking is online and defintely not via GPS. We have tracking requests on our website, and a full time staff waiting for your request. Regarding the delivery I do apologise this was early, our driver had assured us the delivery would be after 3:00pm to the shop or the following day. However on a more positive note, seeing as your car broke down before pick up, on the day of the pick up and we still managed to get this picked up without an inop fee - normally 150-200 extra - I would say this is great service that we still managed to do it at the same price as if the car were running.
