I purchased a vehicle out of state and needed it transported to me 1,000 miles away. I researched many transport companys for probably two days, applying for quotes and getting hounded with numerous emails and phone calls. I spoke with many transport companys prior to even considering using AutoStar. I was on a tight deadline and needed my vehicle picked up within 24hrs and delivered within 3 days later because I would be gone for 6 weeks, and needing an enclosed made it even more difficult. I was speaking with a few different companys and none of them could ensure I could have it in time, finally one of the companys told me there was a 90% chance I would have my vehicle in time, I was in a bind and this was the first for sure answer I got about a deadline, I then informed AutoStar I would no longer need there services as I knew they were spending quality time trying to find someone. Even after telling them I no longer needed them I received a call from Sean at AutoStar informing me he a driver in the area ready to pick up my vehicle within 2 hours, and it was a single truck and enclosed trailer which he knew i preferred because I did not want my car off and onloaded again. I quickly booked with AutoStar and could not be more pleased. The driver took excellent care of my vehicle and even allowed the seller of my vehicle load the car in his trailer along with putting up with all of his critiquing, and then when he arrived allowed myself to offload the vehicle. Picking out a company was very stressful but once my decision was made I was worry free. Everything went smoothly and perfectly i couldnt have asked for anything more. If I am in ever in need of transport again AutoStar will be the first ones i call.
