First assigned carrier was contacted and a date and time for pick-up confirmed. I was calling and talking to the carrier right up until an hour after they were supposed to pick up the car. Then I received a call from Autostar to say the carrier had fallen through. They said the second carrier would be there to pick up late afternoon. The car was picked up but the carrier wanted to drop off that night which didnt work for the receiving party. Car wasn't then dropped until the third day.
