I orginally signed a contract with Total Car Shipping. I waited 5 days for them to pick up my car and heard nothing. I finally called them to ask why my car had not shipped yet. They gave me a bunch of excuses. I called every other day for 3 weeks, and never received a return call. In the meantime, Taylor at AutoStar knew I was trying to find a carrier. She went above and beyond to get my car moved. Withing 30 minutes of canceling my order with Total Car and agreeing to contract with AutoStar, Taylor had found a carrier for my car. It was picked up on Saturday afternoon in Cleveland and delivered to California on Monday! I am very pleased!

Valerie & Nathan Unfortunately there are too many companies in this industry that promise a carrier for pick up and then do not follow through. Here at Autostar we are proud to give you a fair price, and one that will actually get your vehicle moved. I am very happy that I could find a carrier and help you out in this situation.
