After the initial reservation, it was almost impossible to get answers or details about what was happening with my reservation. People I spoke with were as helpful as possible, but had no answers. The car was picked up 2 days later than requested which is fine if I knew in advance and could prep for that. But the lack of knowledge made my move stressful because I made travel plans based on this reservation. Once I was in contact with the driver everything was smooth sailing. He was great, gave me specific times of his arrival, and stuck to those times. He was even early to deliver the car. Car is with me in one piece and ultimately I'm happy.
