This is the 2nd time shipping my car with Auto Transport 123, the previous experience has been smooth, which has made me a returning customer. Rodney has been wonderful. Even though when I called it was already after business hours where he was at, he was very patient and tried to help me out. I really appreciate how he went out of his way and helped me. I said I wanted to ship my car ASAP, and it was gone within two days.

As for the trucking company, Ace Auto Trans, it hasn't been as great an experience this time. For pickup, they sent a flat bed with a truck already loaded on top of it. They wanted to tow my car in the back with rear wheels on the ground, which I absolutely rejected because my car is all wheel drive. They had to arrange another flat bed to be sent, which resulted in a couple hours delay. However, the driver that came the second time was really nice.

Upon delivery, the long distance truck driver (not the one that picked up my car) was just outright rude. I have no idea what triggered such bad attitude. I understand that he had driven a long way and he did look really tired, but there was really no need for such attitude. Also I had to have someone drive me out to the nearest shopping center, because he said he couldn't drive through the residential area. I am not sure what the regulations are, all I know is I didn't have to do this last time when I shipped my car.
