Though AT123 was not the least expensive of my quotes, Casey Jackson really made me so feel comfortable about the transaction, that we decided to go with them. Later on, I had contact with his assistant, Traci Reed, who was just icing on the cake. Her friendliness and availability when I called was superior, as well as her follow up after the delivery to make sure we had a positive experience.

The only issues we encountered were with the trucker, because he didn't speak English very well and because he was marking off the tiniest of scratches barely visible to us for sign off. Our concern was that if damages were incurred on the journey here, in the same general vicinity, we had given him a free pass. Upon delivery, the car was so...dirty, it was hard to notice if there were any small damages. There definitely were no overt damages.

We would use this broker again and refer them to others, as long as they could make sure the actual trucker could communicate in English a little better.
