Chris was my sales person. He got the ball rolling very quickly while keeping me informed and comfortable with the process. Chris called when he said he would and talked me through completing all the necessary paperwork. The move was quoted at 1225. Part of the payment goes to Auto Transport123 and the rest is paid to the driver on delivery as a money order, cashiers check, or cod.

Ashley was my contact during the actual move. She was the one I could call if I wanted to find out where my car was and how long till it would get to me on the other side. My car was picked up from EWR airport on 10/13. The drivers kept me in the loop about how long they anticipated it would take to get to me. They showed up right in the middle of the pick up window they gave me. The lead guy took pictures of my car on his tablet and all the paperwork was also digital. The vehicle inspection reciept was sent to my email right on the spot. The load was quick and painless.

Getting your car moved across country takes awhile (understandably) and the delivery window is a pretty big one. Once the car starts its journey across country the window is able to be more refined the closer it gets. My car showed up towards the begining of the window I was intially given. I talked to dipatch around the time it was projected to be delivered and they said that if I didnt mind getting it after dark they would be able to get it to me the night before. I agreed and my car showed up a couple hours later. I looked over my car, signed the paperwork, and paid with a money order. The whole process took less than 20 minutes.

All in all I am pleased with my choice to go with Auto Transport123. If I move a long distance again and dont have the time or desire to drive my car I would probably choose to use this company again.
