I had never transported a car like this before and was very overwhelmed at all the quotes, and comments people have left. We needed to transport a car from Ohio to Utah from grandparents to grandchildren. Grandma told us the pickup was smooth. They had no complaints. The transporter arrived two days ahead of schedule and I wasn't ready with his money. That was the one confusing part of the whole process, the money. But I only had to pay what the quote said. Some goes to 123 and the rest goes to the driver. I had to ask my contact person because I was too ignorant, but he was patient with me. And in the end, the car got here early and in the same condition it left Ohio and the whole process was pretty easy.
