Everything went fairly smoothly, from setting up the process, to it being dropped off on time. The only thing that keeps it from being a full 5-star experience is that I was not informed of the payment process (I gave them a credit card thinking the full amount would be put on the card, but I didn't find out until the day before the delivery that they only used the card for a deposit; the rest of the payment had to be given to the driver, either cash or money order/cashier's check, which did cause a little bit of scrambling). Other than that, everything else was a pleasant experience!
