Following the first failure, a second carrier. The driver called the small company (3-4 man shop) the previous day and they arranged a time for pick-up.
On the day, he ended up at a toll bridge and called the company who didn't answer (under a vehicle perhaps), and decided to CANCEL the pick-up. NICE...not. What was the point of pre-arranging the time/location and then cancelling. By the way, when you plan a route, use a mapping software like google maps and check the 'no tolls box' and it gives you another route. It simple really.
